Implementation

Once the vendor and customer have agreed to a Project Plan and Technical Specifications, the implementation will commence.
The implementation includes:

• The procurement of agreed hardware and software,
• The implementation of technical staff/resources,
• During the testing phase standards and quality will be verified,
• Verify that the set objectives have been met,
• Acquiring client sign-off.
